Administrator
Part-time: 3.7 hours per week (1/2 day per week)
Salary: £21,500 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: This post is for an initial period of 12 months.
Urras Oighreachd Chàrlabhaigh (Carloway Estate Trust) is seeking to recruit an organised and efficient administrator to join their team. This new post is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time opportunity in a friendly and vibrant community organisation.
Main Duties

Greeting visitors to the office and assisting with their enquiries.

Providing general administrative support including minute taking, photocopying, answering routine phone and email enquiries.

Processing cash payments including croft rents.

Processing and paying invoices, including online banking.

Uploading financial information to finance system.

Scanning and filing documentation.

Updating spreadsheets.
